Computer Support

Computing Resources has a highly qualified repair center located right here on campus. Our technicians’ qualifications include A+, ACT, Apple Certified, Dell Certified, and MCSE. In addition, our repair center provides warranty service for Apple and Dell desktops and laptops.

Many UTHSCSA students are eligible to use these services, including: For help with hardware problems, these students may bring their computers to the Desktop Support Group in room 4.421T in the Dental School building. Allied Health students also have access to support staff in Room 2.204.15 (in the Dental Hygiene offices).

For help with software, configuration, and connection issues, students should contact the Triage Helpdesk in Room 436.L of the Medical School building.
